Due to COVID-19, we are unable to take any exchanges at this time. We apologize for the inconvenience and will announce when the normal exchange policy resumes. Please be advised that the NO REFUND policy is still in effect.

Exchanges or store credit only within 7 days of delivery.
Exchanges will only be granted for the same item (if available).

To complete your exhange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Requirements for EXCHANGE/STORE CREDIT:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed. Items that are damaged, worn or without clothing tags will not be accepted.

We refuse the right to accept any return if the requirements are not met.

SALE PURCHASES CANNOT BE RETURNED.

Non-returnable items include the following:
- Sale items/Last Chance items 
- Swimwear, Bodysuits
- Intimate/Lingerie

Customers are responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

 K & K Beauty Boutique thoroughly inspects all items prior to shipping, therefore, damaged merchandise is highly unlikely. All return items will be inspected for defects: tears, smoke, spills, etc. If the item does not match the original condition, the buyer will not receive store credit.

 

RETURN PROCESSING TIME:

Upon return of the item/order, store credit will be processed within 5 business days. Customers will be notified via email once the return has been finalized.
